Your service people were very accommodating and the service was beyond what I expected. I had to come in without an appointment because my engine light came on not too far away from your dealership. Since I am from Eastern Washington and was over in Bellevue for 2 appointments I was concerned that I would have to spend the night if my car needed extended service. Your service person (Rich Filori) not only indicated that he would try and get my car in right away, but also arranged for a loaner car so I could make my next appointment. Audi Service
I did a walk-in at 12:30 for a blown engine pressure valve and associated CEL. By 12;45 I was o my way to work with a loaner, expecting and overnight service. At 3:30 that same day I received a call that the car was done. I cannot imagine how you can improve on that level of service. Nice job Julie Estes! Richard J

Came in as an afternoon "walk-in" with a request for help in repairing a xenon headlight that expired that morning just before leaving on a weeklong roadtrip. Kevin expedited the work, along with additional prudent items including a long overdue recall notice I'd not addressed after the last service period. Excellent, thorough and professional Barrier service, as always. Much appreciated.

Mercedes-Benz Sales
I was very satisfied and enjoyed my overall shopping experience at Barrier Motors. All the individuals I worked with (Greg, Duncan, Art) were extremely helpful and courteous. The only unresolved issue I have is my e-brake which needs to be applied to the floor before my vehicle is stable on a incline. But I'm sure Barrier Motors Bellevue will resolve that issue when I stop by at the end of the month to their service center.
