Volvo Sales
This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Y'all had the car I wanted, Mark was professional and efficient, and Miguel didn't try to over-sell the additional services. My biggest concern was that the car would not be in as good a shape as I would like, especially since we had flown from Bend to Seatac. It exceeded my expectations. Hopefully we'll have this S80 for years to come, but I will definitely consider Barrier in the future. JW

Porsche: Barrier Driving Experience
Hey Uncle Mike,
First I really want to apologize for not having written you a note sooner thanking you for taking me to the track. I've been badgering Jay, that guy we met at Pacific Raceways who lives on Mercer Island, to get me the pictures and video that he took, but I haven't been able to get a hold of them yet. I just wanted to say thank you for so much for organizing to take me to theBarrier Track Day, it was honestly the best present I could imagine and it wasabout the fantastic day I've ever had. There are few things that captivate my imagination more than racecars, and being able to drive one as fast as I could around the track was just incredible. So thank you and thanks again. I actually still have the neon yellow wristband on that they gave us there, it's lasted a month and a bit, even with regular showers. I've also managed totell my friends about it over and over -- they're all insanely jealous.This is getting a little bit compulsive I know, but I do occasionallydaydream in class about how it feels to drive a car as powerful and composed asyours and what it would be like to be a racing driver. Every day I hop in to the Volvo and think about the Turbo, especially when I need to pass someone.Or when I'm on a date :) Thanks again, you're the best

Porsche: Service & Parts
I bought an 03 Porsche Boxster mid to late last year from Barrier. I have enjoyed my car quite alot. I recently had to replace my headlamps and had a problem getting the housing to latch back into place. I went to a Audi/Porsche dealer in Tacoma, of which I have had less than acceptable service from, and asked for information on the headlamp housing. I was passed off to the parts dept. and then told they couldn't help me unless I set up an appt. Frustrated I left and on the way home I called Barrier. The service dept. was busy so the young lady transferred me to the parts dept. They in turn took my information and said "Gary" would call me back as soon as he could. Within 20 minutes or so, Gary called me back (to my surprise) and gave me the
information I was looking for and gave me further help if that did not work. I would like to thank Gary for his help and very curtious and respecfull nature.

My 3rd time doing the Barrier Driving Experience, Bill was the best instructor yet
I didn't want to stop driving! Great feedback, good lessons! Fantastic, keep it up!
The best experience in my life. So much fun, and very educational simply a great day! Clear, concise, good visual aids. Enjoyed this sport! Gave me more confidence in my car Very fun-good experience. Volvo Sales
This is the 3rd Volvo I have purchased from Barrier Volvo in the last 18+ months (the 4th is expected in Q1'09). I continue to return to Barrier Volvo for two reasons - quality of product, and sales team. David O'brien and Susan Frank are by far the two best sales people I've met in all of my auto purchasing experiences. Good sales people start with good people, and they are fantastic. Robert D.
