I am a first-time Audi owner/driver, and I’m warming up to the experience. I have loved my BMW (525i) and Lexus (RX330) in the past. To be honest, I had a great experience with Lexus of Bellevue when I was shopping for a replacement vehicle this fall. I wanted to give Lexus my business based on terrific sales assistance -- on top of the comfort, style and incredible reliability of Lexus cars. It was the car, not the experience, that brought me by chance to Barrier. I was already happy with my purchase decision because of the style, grace, power and uniqueness of my new A5. But now I feel better about Audi ownership decision because I feel that I can relate differently to your dealership after last night’s experience . . . right down to the personal and personable service and advice I got from your car detailer ( even though he must have been dying to get home at 8:45).
