Dear Catherine, As we pass a month since our purchase of the A4 from Barrier Audi, I wanted to write and thank you for the wonderful service you provided Carol and myself. I will admit that while at the showroom I started to get 'cold feet' about the purchase. It was your personable and helpful character that got me past these jitters.
